Submit a micro-benchmark

Before submitting a micro-benchmark, please, become a MemBeR.

The micro-benchmarks are represented as XML documents which are valid with respect to the DTD mb-structure.dtd. In order to submit a new micro-benchmark to MemBeR, please, describe it in an XML document following the description below. For your convenience we created a template document, mbid.tmpl that contains the structure of the micro-benchmark without any content. You can fill in the text and the attribute values in your favorite editor for XML and submit the resulting document. For examples of micro-benchmark representation you can check the micro-benchmarks that are already in the repository.

Load the document generator, if any. If you are using MemBeR.Generator, then load the configuration file that describes your document.

*Please, make sure that the document generator's file name is the same one you have indicated in the //Document/Generator element in the XML document.

Load the query generator, if any.

*Please, make sure that the document generator's file name is the same one you have indicated in the //Query/Generator element in the XML document.

Load the micro-benchmark XML file.

*Please, make sure that the document you want to submit is valid with respect to the provided DTD!
